Lead enterprise CRM strategy and lifecycle marketing across email marketing, SMS marketing, and direct mail, driving customer engagement, retention marketing, and customer lifetime value (LTV) through segmentation and personalization.

  • Own lifecycle strategy and channel investment decisions, balancing acquisition, retention, and loyalty objectives to maximize incremental revenue and long‑term customer value.
